The Bras & Honey Boned Under Bust Waist Trainer, Black has been designed to cinch the waist and also to train the waist by shaving inches off. This waist trainer has 25 bones which increases the level of support and the level of shaping and waist cinching. This latex waist cincher has a 3 row hook and eye fastening, so as your waist starts to change you can tighten the trainer. This waist trainer has been lined with cotton breathable fabric for increased comfort and support. If used properly your waist size can be reduced by up to  inches.  Waist trainers are great for creating that nipped in waist look and it also frames the waist.
